This is from 2012. AU President didn't sing. LINK

Its not a big deal but I liked it much better when they used to make the losing president sing on his own.

It was "snowing". In other words it had snowed like 3 days before and he didn't want to come.

A farmer in Cullman, AL was getting worried about a newborn calf of his. He called the local veterinarian (who happens to be an Auburn alum) to express his concerns and asked him if he could make a house call. The vet drives out to the man's farm the next day to check on the man's calf.

Farmer: "Ya see doc, it's the weirdest thing. Everytime I lift this calf's tail up this happens."
(Farmer lifts the young cow's tail up and out comes: "Yea Alabama, drown 'em tide!!")

Farmer: "Ain't that crazy? You ever seen anything like that?

Vet: "Well sir, I'll have to be honest, this doesn't shock me one bit."

Farmer: "What you mean, doc?"

Vet: "I've been hearing assholes sing that song my whole life."

Now who would have expected a "farm" joke coming from an Auburn fan?

What if it rains? Will they force our SGA president to risk his life to sing the song?

I suspect that it'd be fine with the overwhelming majority of Alabama folks, if everybarn fan kept their country asses out of Tuscaloosa.

Because Auburn fans are the only, "country arse," people in Alabama.

A few years ago Auburn's SGA president showed up and didn't know more than 2-3 words of the song.

I'd rather have them not show up then do that.
