West: Texas A&M for Texas. No female cheerleaders? Desperate for respect? Begging for coaching scraps? TAMU doesn't belong in the SEC
East: Vandy for Va Tech. Other than baseball, Vandy doesn't bring anything to the table in the sports spectrum. They bring zero competition to the conference.

mizzou for ECU, really any D1 NC or VA school. mizzou doesn't belong in the SECe, it doesn't make sense.

Probably A&M. They're not great or awful in any of the three major sports. I would replace them with Kansas so Mizzou fans would flip out, everyone gets an easy win in football, and those UK-KU match ups every year in basketball would be terrific.
