Namath would be VERY hard to deal with even today. A real gun for an arm (it was said he could throw it 80 yards or more) plus before the bad knees he was an excellent runner who was dangerous running the option. With the talent Alabama has at RB and WR it might take TWO Bo's to beat Alabama.

Flynn is ridiculously overrated by the LSU faithful. I'd take Russell, Mett, Davey over him.

This.

Also, if you are taking one person from the 2007 team, you take Dorsey.

In the world I see, Bo Jackson throws a touchdown pass............to himself.

In the words of Rick James..."Cocaine is a hell of a drug"...this applies here today.

Can't believe I didn't think of this one. He was a game changer.

I'd go Takeo Spikes to help shore up the defense. That would inject some nastiness back that we occasionally lack.

Ooh... good answer. I would have forgotten him. Tough choice. One of Dat, Ed Simonini, Jacob Green, Aaron Glenn, Lester the Molester, or Kevin. If forced to pick one I'd definitely go with a DB because I think that's where we're neediest. Between Lester, Glenn, and Kevin I have to go with Lester just because he's from my days in school and I loved watching him.

Excellent choice. I'd figure most OM fans would say Eli. I'd take Bo and Willis over Eli any day.

Eli is the easy answer...but for this year's team, Bobbie Massie would be nice. Put him at right guard in place of turncoat Austin Golson.
