Truth. Most of us know that UGA is grossly underachieving. No one claims that we are on the same tier as an Alabama or Ohio State and quite frankly, we aren't close.....
Also true. The right coach could win at an incredibly high level at Georgia. Whether Kirby is that guy remains to be seen.

the time frame of judging programs is completely subjective and depends entirely on the point the poster wishes to make. everyone in the big 6 have had times where they were not very good or mediocre. of course, the "other 8" has had many of those ill fated times and some have never had anything but bad times or at best, mediocre. even ole miss has had one period of time where they were good and even won the SEC in 1963. i'm sure most on here do not remember that year; I was 13 years old and don't recall it.

They haven't accomplished anything, they know it, we all know it. It really is an embarrassment how little they accomplish with the resources they have.

They seem to have won enough to keep most of the fans happy which is great for the rest of us because they have the potential to be elite .
UGA has won the east 4 of the 7 years that UF had bad coaches . If UGA would have hire Meyer or Saban they would have some championship too. They should have fired Richt years ago .

Did you mean 2002 -2005? UGA had the second best results in conference in that time frame but 3rd best results from 2002-2007.

We've accomplished more or less the same amount as everyone else in this conference (Cept Bammer). Double digit win seasons off and on, division titles, and ight bowl games.
