There's a reason Saban said Missouri had the best defensive line in the SEC. Because it does. But it also stopped Manziel for the same reason LSU has. Because both penetrate and rush the passer very well. That's key in stopping the Texas A&M and Oregon version of the HUNH. It can work against Auburn too, but you need size all over the front seven as well. Alabama did it as well as anyone but it still wasn't enough. We just don't have the athletes we need at Jack and DE right now.

Not really. He could have won it with the same numbers in other years. He has better numbers than Mark Ingram had in 2009. He already has more TDs than Bo Jackson had in 85 and should have more yards after the bowl game.
