If Bama really wanted to stick it to AU they take Chizik, only pay him $30k a year and make Jacobs pay the rest of his buyout to coach against them.

Does any program want Chizik? Seriously, there are tons of jobs available and I haven't seen Gene's name hit any list yet.

I imagine him ending up as a position coach in the NFL somewhere, kind of like BVG. Not sure that Tampa 2 is going to fly in college anymore as a scheme.

I don't think he would be a bad choice for DC, but he wouldn't be my first choice.

That would be something else if Saban hired Kiffin(OC), Oregon(DL), and Chizik(DC) moving forward. Could go way bad or be the best coaching hires ever. All of them have been pretty decent coordinators so we'll see how this all end soon enough....

I have noticed it more this year than in the past though. I mean a lot of alters. people here a month making references to events or situations and particular posters from a long time ago. Oh well not my issue to worry about I guess.
