Has Pete Carroll had a job outside of the West Coast other than being with the Pats?

Not a chance in hell, next question!

If Saban leaves I hope we get a young coach like Kirby Smart.

You're right....Arkansas and Auburn really laid it on the Trojans when they played a few years back with Carroll as head coach.

Pete Carroll would die of culture shock if he moved to Tuscaloosa. Saban grew up in West Virginia and you can still just see that "what the f is wrong with these people" look in his eyes sometimes.

I agree with this

I think that he will be Alabama's next. Isn't he originally from Montgomery? Does that make him an ex-leghumper by way of Montgomery?

Besides Mobile, it's the only city in this shite-hole state that's actually worth a frick, ESPECIALLY to someone who hails from Daphne (and yes I realize Daphne is roughly 15 minutes from Mobile).

Dude, T-Town's a gazillion times greater than Auburn.

How many jobs would there be available better than the Alabama head coaching job?

In all the world or just Alabama?

I would settle for a return of one of the Mike's.
Take your pick:
1. Shula
2. Dubose
3. Price

I think he means just specifically the collegiate football jobs available in Tuscaloosa county.

I'd go with Price... no one can confirm whether he'd succeed as a coach at Alabama, but if he couldn't, I'm sure he'd at least be generous enough to take care of my tab after we got our asses whooped. That's something the other two Mikes could not offer.

Nix that rumor about Curly to bama. I just got it from a very reliable source that he is planning on marching on Baton Rouge with an angry army of corndogs, retakes the city and runs Lester out of town.

Where is Nick Saban going to go? Alabama is one of the premier coaching positions and he makes a great salary. He was a flop in the NFL so no NFL team would take that chance again. This is so tiring.

I would say that it will be Urban if he is not coaching by then. If not him then probably Smart

I don't think that Meyer coach's in the SEC again. I don't think he likes the pressure. That doesn't mean that he is not a good coach. I see him sitting out awhile and if Kelly fails at ND, I think he would jump at that job. Maybe he goes back out west, somewhere that he could win, but less limelight and pressure? I believe that Smart will take over when Saban leaves.
