Some teams move up to second thru nefarious manipulations of the system. Thats how it worked last year.

my point was and is that it's a system that favors manipulation and "name brand". Oklahoma st got screwed.. but with how badly LSU played that night they would have stomped LSU too.

Agreed. But then Coach williams wouldn't have been spying for the opposing coach. no I really don't believe that. But when a system puts that much stock into opinions based on personal preference the outcome is always biased. I think this is the "name Brand" point you bring up.
