If LSU hires Lane Kiffin they'd win a National Title.

But I don't think the swamp kittens are smart enough to do it.

He'd be a good second option after the usual cream of the crop. I would hate to seem him go to another SECw team. Very much prefer him to go OOC.

The offense would change for sure but if he took the job and worked four or five years and then took the Alabama job when Saban retired it would be more than they could Bear!

AS an oc(do not let him speak to the media), maybe. Not as a hc. The man still tweets smack talk to rivals, and signals a touchdown before the snap cause he sees a mismatch is childish. As good as he is at spotting weakness in defense, to me he seems way to immature to be a head coach, anywhere. Not everybody is meant to be head coach.

As offensive coordinator, sure (provided Les fricks off and let's him do his job). As head coach? No. He's a fricking diaster when he's handed the keys to the program.

Plus, we already have the guy that replaced him at USC and did a better job.

Not unless you recruit a decent qb. Even Lane can't make shinola out of that.

I'm not a Gump, so I don't want a POS as a coach even if he's a good coach.

Lane Kiffen would be an embarrassment for LSU, like he was for Tennessee and USC. I hope our administration is not that stupid, but then again, they kept Les last year.

You've had several through the years. (but they weren't particularly good)

IMHO, Kiffin would not leave Bama to be LSU HC.

Try to "process" what I said. Unlike a Gump, I WOULDN'T WANT a POS as a coach even if he's a good coach.
