If I’m Auburn, I’m honestly low key not to mad about the loss to New Mexico

Alabama lost to ULM at the beginning of the Saban era
LSU lost to Troy at the beginning of the Coach O era
Georgia almost lost to FCS Nicholls state at the beginning of the Kirby era
I think LSU also lost to UAB at the beginning of the Saban era

If Auburn can follow this trend, the future is bright under Freeze

At least those were all close games. The Auburn game was...not.

I’m not an Auburn fan, and I’m not too mad about them getting their arse beat by NEW MEXICO STATE! get what you deserve when hiring shite people. And that’s what Hugh Freeze is.

So because some of the most accomplished coaches of all time once lost a game to a very inferior opponent, Auburn shouldn’t worry about getting their doors blown off by a CUSA team at home late in the season?

True. However, Alabama outgained ULM in yardage 409-282. It was the four turnovers that cost Alabama in that game. There wasn't a single stat in this past game that New Mexico State didn't dominate Auburn in. This wasn't some kind of fluke where Auburn let an inferior team hang with them until the final seconds. New Mexico State outplayed and dominated them.

You should probably be doing some soul searching about your team being blown out by this terrrrible Auburn team.

Alabama fans get upset and ill-tempered when the team goes 11-2 or finish out of the top five for the season.

Auburn fans are somewhat A-OK and feel they can mentally justify a situation where they lose to New Mexico State at home.

And there's the difference between the two programs in a nutshell - there's a gap in the expectation of program excellence.

With that roster, Freeze overachieved this year IMO.

It’s embarrassing.

They executed a game plan and out played us.

It was an arse kicking.

To borrow a quote from an accomplished coach, NMSU went through us like shite through a tin horn. There is every reason to be utterly embarrassed about this arse kicking we got on our home field and paid $1.8M for.

And anybody can just make shite up. Nobody is happy Auburns team is that poor.

You be you but I'm pissed. No excuse for the lack of effort. No excuse for the lack of coaching. No excuse for any of whatever they didn't do.
