Where does that leave LSU which was able to take an SEC championship away from the greatest dynasty, number 2 historically is where it leaves LSU

I've got to put my Minnesota Gophers up there as one of the greatest dynasties ever. From 1934 to 1936 the Gophers went on a run of winning three straight National Championships, the last Division I team to accomplish this feat. During the run, Minnesota went unbeaten in 28 straight games, 21 of which were consecutive victories. The Gophers also won two more national championships in 1940 and 1941. Those two seasons comprised most of an 18-game winning streak that stretched from 1939 to 1942. In an eight year span, the Gophers won five national titles. They went undefeated four times in those eight years. What Alabama has accomplished in the modern era is no less impressive.

If Bama goes undefeated then maybe we can put them above USC and Florida State but they would still be below Miami 80s, and Nebraska 90s.

It's definitely one of the greatest runs in CFB history and probably the greatest. Miami from '83 to the early '90's is likely the closest in comparison.

I'm really not. I just call out the ignorant GUMPS that claim ignorant shite about their players.
EXAMPLE: bama has 4 Wrs going in the first 3 rounds of the nfl draft or that Kevin Norwood will be a 650-800 yards a year wr in the nfl.
I respect the hell out of Bama's program.

This shite again? You said LSU would beat Bama because our WR suck.

And, not to forget FSU's 14 years of finishing in the top 4. That was impressive as hell.

What? I always said bama would win by at least ten. I repeatedly said Bama's defense would get stops in the 4th that our defense wouldn't.

Nebraska in the 90's was pretty good as well. They destroyed a Florida team that dominated the sec.

Na. IMO sec titles are the only title the players and coaches have 100% control over but all of the sports media could give shite that lsu actually won the sec in 2011.

I know FSU spent 14 straight years at top 5 or better but they won 2 titles in that span playing in the acc without Miami.
