Damn I hate to do this, but better it come from another Bama fan than one of the haters.
This statement is entirely untrue and there are photos to prove it.
I don't think they've done it at home, but Alabama fans tore down the goal posts after beating Ohio State in the 1978 Sugar Bowl.

Here is a public service announcement to everyone with low post counts.
I was just informed that your credibility is determined by the more hours you spend posting online while living with you mom and her first cousin you call dad in the two story mobile home wearing your stained boxers while sitting next to your life size blow up doll of Roseanne Barr and wiping the Cheetos cheese off your chest hair and pilling up the Pabst Blue Ribbon cans on top of your 19" TV with aluminum foil wrapped rabbit ears as your ashes from the Marlboros make your shag carpet look clean.
Now I get it why all the posters from MS have such high post counts. That helps now that I understand how to up my online cred!

I think that was the last time any Bama fan rushed the field. I was on the field that day and remember the cops clubbing the shite out of that guy in the photo. When we saw that we all ran away. We learned our lesson. And that lesson is that cops in New Orleans don't put up with any shite.
