I love how LSU is waiting for a meltdown that's never coming. Getting your arse kicked is much easier to accept than losing on a fluke play.

Pretty much this. Losing a game you feel like you should have won, those are the worst.
Losing a game where the other team outplays you on offesne, defense, special teams, and coaching for 4 quarters... well, you're kinda supposed to lose those games.
