Auburn nips a team with a high school defense in a shootout, and now the fans are thumping their chests wanting a redo of a game where they trailed by double digits for the duration of it.

we are one bad half away from being undefeated BUT we're not. LSU stayed composed in the bad weather, NM didn't.

In dry conditions, I do think that game is probably ours, but they weren't. Heck if you just take away the dropped punt by Steven Clark that turned into immediate points for LSU that puts us within 7.

You could do this in the reverse for the MSU and A&M games and say Auburn is a couple of plays away from having 3 losses. That's why these kinds of threads always come across badly.

Irrelevant. and if LSU played Ole Miss again...

We ran out of time and beat ourselves in the first half.

Am I doing it right?

If we play Georgia again, we win. If we play Ole Miss again, we win.

You're an idiot.

No, Auburn by 30 is doing it right. That shite you posted is definitely not doing it right.

So this whiny belief that you should get another chance isn't something unique to UA, all sports fans in Alabama think their team should get as many chances as it takes to win.............interesting.

Off course Au would win if they played LSU again. herp-n-derp

However, will Gus's immediate success at Au turn out to be the worse thing that could happen for them? By making Gus the top target for UTex? Au has been a steeping stone in the past for coaches at UTex, with good success. UTex will make a run for Gus? Would Gus make the jump after one year?

Au is a great program but only the woolyist of the Au sheep wouldn't say UT is a much bigger program and can easily out pay Au. It would be much easier for Gus to win in the long run at UT than Au and Austin is a lot closer to home for Gus.

I think both of these things are true. Why and I an idiot? You are letting your emotion get in the way of your thought process

I wound not dispute any of this. If Texas came calling for Gus, he would be a fool not to entertain it. Texas is the richest program in the NCAA with the easiest recruiting. He was flourish there.

It's a stupid premise. This isn't baseball where you play every team 30 times a season. You get one shot and if you lose you lose. Most competitive games have 3 or 4 plays that determine the outcome. Be happy that 66% of the time you came out on top.
