OT is untimed... So it looks like you ran out of chances

They should stop playing college football immediately. How can "experts" not vote for the two best teams in the country to compete for the ultimate prize? A game that was decided by a field goal in overtime is living proof that the two best teams are LSU and Alabama: in that order (for now). I understand we should have taken care of business, but then again Oklahoma St should have as well. Championship teams, deserving teams, do not lose to Iowa St... I can handle us not getting in and I will root for the Bayou Bengals if we do not. But we all know who is #1 and #2...Defense wins Championships.

And so we wait...

Everything just worked perfectly in our favor after we, what was it? Oh yea, after we won our conference.

A lot like OSU tonight.

Keep begging gump. I love it. It warms my soul.

LSU 2007 2 losses 1 SEC championship
Ok St 2011 1 loss 1 Big 12 CHampionship
Bama 2011 1 loss 0 fricking championships

Championship teams win championships. I would love to give bama a wild card, fo real, but there is no fricking playoff, and their are no wild cards.

And your best wins are against Arkansas and Penn State.

And you are 3rd in your conference, 2nd in your division.

And you lost at home to LSU.

And OSU kicked arse tonight and Clemson kicked arse tonight.

I can sense the gump fear. It is invigorating.

So losing to bum frick university is better for a resume than taking the #1 team in the land into overtime? Plus, anyone with a brain knows we should have won the game. We cost ourselves the victory.
