You're probably right. because there aren't any players in the NFL on steroids, right?

Allowed to hold in college and can't in NFL. Pretty simple.

Let me see.....so LSU fans believe that NFL players do not take steroids and they do not hold?

You guys are a bunch of rocket scientists.

They call holding in the NFL, and deer antler spray isn't dessert at the training table.

Now how many 5*s has Bama took in and turned into nothing? I bet they have alot higher ratio not amount to anything than anyone else

That's actually not true. Bama does better than average with 5*s. I did the research and posted it here a few months ago.

Feel free to go through my post history and find it.

Hell, I found it for you.

Let's look at this (just out of curiosity). I am using the 247 rating system.

2008:
Julio Jones (drafted #6 overall)
Tyler Love (never really played)
BJ Scott (transferred)

2009:
Trent Richardson (drafted #3 overall)
Dre Kirkpatrick (drafted #17 overall)
Nico Johnson (drafted #99 overall)
DJ Fluker (drafted #11 overall)

2010:
Dee Milliner (drafted #9 overall)
Phillip Sims (transferred after getting beat out by AJ)

2011:
Cyrus Kouandjio (drafted #44 overall)
HaHa Clinton-Dix (drafted #21 overall)
Trey Depriest (not drafted)

2012:
Landon Collins (drafted #33 overall)
TJ Yeldon (drafted #36 overall)
Eddie Williams (kicked off the team after getting arrested)

2013:
Reuben Foster (will be drafted this year)
Derrick Henry (drafted #45 overall)
Jonathan Allen (will be drafted this year)
OJ Howard (will be drafted this year)
Robert Foster (has had some injuries. I think he can return next year)
A'shawn Robinson (drafted #46 overall)

2014:
Cam Robinson (will be drafted this year)
Da'shawn Hand (good chance of getting drafted next year)
Tony Brown (has potential if he can stay out of trouble)
Marlon Humphrey (will be drafted whenever he decides to go)
Rashaan Evans (could be drafted when he goes)

2015:
Calvin Ridley (will be drafted)
Kendall Sheffield (transferred)
Blake Barnett (transferred)
Da'Ron Payne (will be drafted)
Minkah Fitzpatrick (will be drafted)
Damien Harris (will be drafted)

Just using 2008-2013, that's 21 5* recruits. At least 15 of those 21 will have been drafted. That's an average of at least 71%. Between 2002 and 2010 using Rivals ratings, 44.3% of all 5*s were drafted. If we assume that average continued on through the 2013 class, Alabama under Saban is doing well over the average. Also the percentage to go first round is also higher at Alabama than the national average.

LINK

quote:

Of those 262, 116 were drafted (44.3 percent) and 42 went in the first round (16 percent); 38 percent of the five stars who were drafted were first-rounders.

And the only one ever in the CFBHOF with 3 NC rings earned playing 3 different OL positions.

Cam Robinson is dropping like a rock in mock drafts.

Actually, since the combine his stock has risen again. He is back in the top 15 in most mock drafts. He had a really good day there, and alleviated a lot of concerns about speed and footwork.

Spend some time on Reddit's NFL Draft page. Lot of good information, such as draft boards and mocks from dozens of media sources.

lsu fans should hope bama players do great in the NFL. I would think that would help lesson the sting of losing 6 in a row.

That type of logic is "long range" thinking for the average coonass.

I am pretty sure that the fanbase that tells us Bama's OL is mostly NFL talent is LSU fans. So wouldn't this question be better posed on TigerRant?

Such a weird troll

Alabama averages about 34 points a game for the last 10 years against Auburn, so I'd suspect that many Auburn folks feel the same way.

The NFL has stricter standards for steroid testing.

Nail on the head. It's mighty fishy how year after year Bama's lines, both offensive and defensive, are able to physically dominate man to man from one side to the other while at Bama. Then they go to the NFL and fizzle out.

Before 2-3 years ago, I'd say our DL didn't manhandle anyone. They just did a great job taking up space and making lanes for LBs.

So you saying the steroid use only began 3 years ago?
