I wouldn't have to address anything publicly would have had a chance to talk to family before boss and wouldn't have lied.

But if I had lied he would be man enough to forgive me given the situation.

Paul is the inverse of Hootie. He thinks passing on every play is a good idea, while Nutt thought running it down the middle was a good idea. Maybe if the two of them joined up it would equal a semi-balanced offense.

But I was assured from many a hawg fans losing Bobby was not that big of a deal because you haz a Paul Petrino. Are you now saying this is far from true as I had said many a time here?

Bingo. Totally different situations. The Head Football Coach of an SEC team is constantly in the public eye. That's what makes Petrino's frick up even more ridiculous. He was either too stupid or too arrogant to think he wouldn't get caught.

Petrino's substandard recruiting is the reason your team looks the way it does. People have been telling you Hog fans this but you haven't been listening. We have other news for you. Your teams the next few years will be much worse.

Please provide a link of these "many a hawg fans". I'm fairly sure a majority of the fanbase knew there would be a drop-off.

Also, please don't group me into this arbitrary group you've made up in your head. I've said for a long time now that losing Bobby would hurt our offense.

Finally, our offense wasn't doing THAT bad until Tyler got hurt. At that point we were like a car without its engine.

Petrino did not just make one mistake. That guy is a walking frick up machine just waiting for his next frick up

This is the most intelligent post by a Arky fan in this thread! It's almost like no one remembers how many times this POS displayed a complete lack of class and basic decency for his players, coaches and University / Organization. I mean if what he did at Louisville with the Auburn interview (even though no one deserved to be arse fu**ed more than Tubby) only to turn around and run away from Atlanta midseason w/o being man enough to meet with his players or other fellow coaches and tell them wasn't enough to prove he was a sleazy slimy POS then surely you were able to at least acknowledge his complete hypocrisy in cursing CLM out and refusing to shake his hand after being completely outclassed and out coached because of his perception that he was running up the score when Petrino was probably the worst perpretrator of this practice in college football.

I mean seriously???

Yup. I want you provide proof that the majority of the Arkansas fan base didn't think there would be a drop-off when Bobby left. Keep in mind that one person saying this does not equal a majority. Assuming that most of the people that live in Arkansas are Razorback fans, and also assuming that there are a relatively significant amount of fans outside the state who also are, I'd venture to guess that there are probably 3.5 million-ish Razorback fans in the USA. So I need you to show that a large majority of these people didn't think there would be a drop-off.

So get to work!

I'm an Alabama fan but support Arkansas as well. I cheer for them every game except the Alabama game. And I no longer get the same joy when we beat the shite out of Arkansas as I use too. My daughter is Arkansas student, we buy season tickets. That being said, frick BOBBY PETRINO!!!! Had Long not fired petrino I would never support the Arkansas program again!

You're a funny guy. Plenty here will back up that many Hawg fans felt all would be fine because Paul was there.

Never grouped you in. Read my post again and you will see this.
