Same thing the Patriots said about the Giants. I always thought that should have been a split Super Bowl title.

But then there's that whole playoff thing. Guess we'll just ignore that to support this argument.

They won't get the rematch

You predicting an AU win over Bama or two straight losses for LSU? That seems to be the only thing tjat keeps this from happening.

Saying "rematch won't happen" will not prevent it from happening.

You never know what can happen but if LSU gets a rematch, it will be the greatest season of any team in CFB history.

Okie State still has a lot to say about it. Y'all had better become huge OU fans next week.

Ok St wont get as much of a bump for beating OU (which they'll probably do) as they would have before. The ISU loss didnt kill Ok St, and OU losing to Baylor didnt kill Ok State, but the combination of the two put tjem on a position where they need Bama to lose to AU.

All they'll need is 25% of the voters to have them at #2, and that would likely be enough to jump Bama, b/c OSU's computer score will still be so good. Obviously, there are some other games that still matter to both teams - but 25% of the human votes is very doable.

Not saying it will absolutely happen, but the Bama fans who are acting like there's no way in hell are being foolish. I still think Bama will get the nod, but it will be close.

Well, at present, Bama has 169 of the 174 second place votes (97%). OSU has zero of them. What is going to change that? OSU beating a two loss, injury riddled, OU team that just lost to Baylor for the first time ever (while coming off a lose to ISU themselves)?

Every team with one loss has a bad loss except Bama and Ark.

OSU is gonna mudhole Oklahoma, so Alabama can forget about a rematch. If it were about "bad" losses OSU wouldn't be in a position to jump Bama. Losses are the last thing that will be looked at. Y'all (Bama) better be singing Boomer Sooner, otherwise, you're out.

Again, not saying it will definitely happen, but if y'all don't blow out Auburn, there's a good chance you lose some #2 votes. A lot of people don't want to see a rematch.

And losses aren't as important as wins, despite what most people think. Okie St. will have better wins than Bama.

No the deal is the voters would rather not have a rematch or even have 2 teams from the same conference. That's what you guys need to worry about.
