Don't want. I want this year about Texas A&M and the SEC. I don't miss the game that should be today at all.

If we played them in the Cotton I'd have to hear about them for 5 weeks. No thanks.

Give me Michigan in the Cap One or if the stars align right Clemson in a BCS bowl - go FSU and Arkansas!

I want it too. Not too proud to admit it.

Loudest SEC chant ever too.

It would be so epic....

Football Gods, Santa, Satan, Jar Jar Binks, 8lb 11oz baby Jesus, all I want for Christmas is a Texas v. A&M bowl game. Thanks in advance.

Now if we got it I would relish all 60 minutes off the arse whooping and it would be the loudest SEC chant ever heard!

Deloss Dodds would chase a bottle of pain pills with a fifth of vodka before the 3rd quarter was over

Who gives a shite what Texas and A&M want....the rest of the country, including myself, wants to see a UT-A&M Cotton Bowl.

Would be historic, awesome, and hateful....can't wait to watch.

They need this game more than we do, as their program is free falling. A&M is cooler. We have a a young charismatic coach who gets it and knows how to play the game (relating to players, recruiting, etc). We have swag while good ol Mack Brown is expiring. Our recruits and commits use the term AggSwagg --> Texas prints Swagger shirts. A&M wears cool all black uniforms that the players and young recruits of Texas likes --> Texas is going to wear black jerseys against TCU. Pretty significant move considering that they pride themselves in "being traditional" when it comes to uniforms.

The tide is turning in this state. Mack Brown knows it. Deloser Dodds knows it. UT alumni, t-shirt fans, the dude cutting the lawn and the homeless dude begging for money on Anderson Mill knows it. All of this mixed in with being part of an abortion of a conference, with no exciting matchups. They are scrambling. I would love to play them and destroy them, but they need this game more than we do.

I know what you're saying is 100% correct, but, wouldn't you like to punish them just one last time if you had the chance?

Its not that.

They have been telling us for two years now that they didn't want to play us because it would allow us to share their spotlight and give us needed exposure (considering that they expected us to be a SEC cellar dweller). Not playing Arky killed what that program was, and they thought they were so mighty they could do the same to us.

Its nice to have the tables turned.

Also there is the problem that too many Aggies are not over them. To move on as a fanbase we need space.

When we beat them in the Cotton Bowl, within three years they will be begging for an annual game again for a chance to regain the top position in the state. Old Aggies miss playing them so much we would give it to them.

I know one day we will play annually again but I want it to be first game of the year far down the road, and not on Thanksgiving weekend anymore. The only way that time can pass and we get new Thanksgiving weekend traditions is if they hold the stupid "eternal scoreboard."

I'm a traditionalist I want A&M to play Texas in the Cotton Bowl. I hear that UT badly doesn't want it. Do they fear another beatdown in the Metroplex like they had against OU 63-21 in October? A&M fans what do you think? I know y'all have moved on but how would you feel about playing them in Arlington at Jerry World?

I wouldn't mind playing Notre Dame in the Cotton Bowl like the old days. We have nothing to gain from playing them. Just like in the Red River Shootout, Mack Brown will go for it in the final waining seconds, so the box score doesn't look as bad. And if Johnny Football gets injured or something, and they sneak away with a win, it does nothing for us. The sex appeal of playing in the SEC has already payed off, why would we want to damage that. And keep in mind, the CEO of the Cotton Bowl is an Aggie. If Kevin Sumlin feels the same way I do, we won't play them.

You cant even begin to imagine the hatred that spewed out of the teasips when we beat the hell out of Alabama. The hate would be astronomical. I've never seen my teasip friends so spiteful at my program.

Yeah, if the BCSCG is Bama/ND, and the Cotton Bowl is A&M/Texas, and a BCS Bowl is Nebraska/Oklahoma it'd be a great bowl season in my opinion.

I agree

FWIW if Bama was gonna loose one this year I'm glad it was to A&M.

That A&M/Bama game was the best home game that I attended this year even though Bama lost BDS was still electric and the Aggie fans won with class as the Bama fans lost with class.
