Clowney is a beast - now he is talking shite about how coaches don't have him in the right spot. But not a big story ....yet. ESPN still loving him.

Spurrier agreed with him, fwiw.

Hard to make much of a news story about it now.

Overall I agree with you.

If Clowney gets locked in a gym with NFL trainers for 12 weeks, he'll emerge looking like a Greek God and ready to change some shitty (low pick) NFL team's pass rush from shitty to good.

The only question on whether or not he goes #1 is who is getting the #1 pick.

If it's a team like the Falcons with no pass rush, Clowney would be #1.

If it's a team with no quarterback, then it will be Aaron MurCarron.

Even if a person has their reasons for thinking Clowney is over rated, you still have to look at the NFL as a whole and how important pass rush is, and how many teams lack it on the edge, and look at who would be a better pick than Clowney if you are looking for that.

I've also heard some chatter on the radio about how some 3-4 teams might not be as interested, but seeing as how it looks like Clowney might be moving around and playing some different roles, that could change as well.

Of course Superior agreed with him. Then probably said don't ever say that again.

JC is fine. ESPN had the big story with all the stop Clowney crap - its just too much pressure to but on a DE. You can't just throw up stats like a QB.

As long as he keeps working out hard, running hard, practicing hard - kid is nails. He needs to forget about ESPN's show - they are getting so bad.

You are right usc don't know how to use him. Great players can talk it then back it up. Its not clowns fault, scratch that it is his fault for choosing a poop program. He done talk his trash on espn and at sec media days, and ole murray hung a 40 spot in his .

To the sc fans you are about 0 for 3 in Heisman predictions alshon trash, lattimore trash & now the biggest BFI CERTIFIED PLAYER CLOWNEY.

In the two posts of yours that I have read, your lack of intelligence displayed isn't even surprising; it's what I have come to expect from threads like these. You can't even make a rational thought and just babble on like the redneck that you are.

All you can do with a poster/human like you is get a cheap laugh at your uneducated pathetic existence.

2nd coming of Mario Williams. One hit vs michigan and espn has been swinging from his dreads every since. Espn has hyped this dude up now they're chopping him down.

He wasnt hyped up because of ONE HIT. you're dumb. Teams are doubling him or chipping him on EVERY PLAY.

You're the type of poster that other team's posters point to as being horrible LSU posters.

Would you really pick McCarron over Bridgewater or Boyd?
