Not to derail this thread but just thought I would let you guys hear this. I was in Hibbett sporting goods today shopping and on the intercome a commercial was playing randomly but it said "When" Alabama wins the National Championship Jan.9th Hibbett's will be open same night selling shirts. "When" not "IF" I just thought that was very over confident.

I'm thinking LSU wins the fricking game. Don't give a shite what TR does.....also, Bama will be looking at losing 4 in a row when we whip that arse again next November in T.S.

I think he'll do like a lot of other players that are fixing to start their pro careers have done in the past...if its a very physical game, which I think it will be,..he will take himself out of the game, rather than taking a chance on getting hurt to the point of effecting his draft status and future money....This will really piss some Bammers off I'm sure...

My bold prediction: If this happens...Bama wins.

Trent may have a big day but it won't be enough. LSU has more depth and talent in all three phases. We win by 10-14 points.

So if we are idiots for saying that he will not go over 150, what does that make you for saying he will?

No one knows what will happen.

Since we giving opinions, I think he has a Colt McCoy day, and is out in the first quarter.

Actually ... for Barret Jones alone to be healthy throughout the game, I fully expect Trent to get 120 on the ground at the very least --- if not, BAMA will score 20+ points through the air as a result of "stuffing the LOS".

That's the real question, what quarter does LSU make his arse quit this time?

Like the fantasy world where Alabama has 13 NCs? If only LSU could have gotten more love from the Houlgate or Helms or Dunkel selectors.

Well in that case... I think Jefferson will have a big day against Bama. At least 350 yards passing?

You guys still don't understand the LSU team that beat you in November. It isn't a "method" team. It'll beat you if you have more yards. It'll beat you if you have less. It'll beat you if you score a lot, and it'll beat you in a low scoring game. It'll beat you if you rush for a lot. So if Trent rushes for 200 yards and Bama has 400 yards to LSU's 100, you'll still most likely lose. The difference between these teams is that Bama has all the tools to be a great team, while LSU IS a great team.

Trent better have 150, he's practically the entire offense.
