This game has the potential to be like what USC did to Georgia last week just flip the scenario on them. Look up and could be 14-0 before you blink for Tigers. Then again could get our dick kicked in hard to read.

Heart says LSU.

Head says 20-3 ish type score SC.
LSU drives the field first drive of the game to get FG. Then many, many 3 and outs happen. 3-3 Halftime score then SC wears them out 2nd half. Somewhere along the way we move a TE to OL because we're out of able bodies. LSU drops 6 passes along the way one of which would have been a difference maker. Mett gets sacked 7 times.(Sound familiar?) It does to LSU fans. It's Les Ball at it's finest.
This LSU offense Sucks Balls and seems to be getting worst as the year goes on.

Hope I'm wrong and they shock me.

Eventually you would think the law of averages would catch up to the dropped balls, I just hope it is next week.

Please explain to me how Mettenberger has been the problem this year. I'll wait......

I said after THIS game, nothing about how he's played this season. I think Muffburger get's destroyed saturday, more then once. However instead of blaming the L on the OL or the WR and their butterfingers. The fans have a meltdown and go Anne Boleyn on him, and his muff.

More butter for that popcorn?

Well, if this staff puts him in spots to get mauled by USCe's DL then no one will say shite about Mett. If they put him in shotgun more and make him get rid of the ball while giving the tackles chips/TE help and he STILL fricks up, then all bets are off.

i think 10-7 LSU at haft, final score 28 - 17 SC
second half we run ans run.
defense allows garbage TD in the final 3 minutes

this would be fine if it happens by me

USCe is nearly as pedestrian on offense as LSU, they have just been much better at holding onto the ball. Both have been mostly terrible in the redzone. This game by Les Miles' design will come down to field position, defense, and turnovers.

I really wish I could be optimistic about LSU's offense.
But, I've watched every minute of every game they've played this year and it hasn't been very inspiring.
Teams generally don't just suddenly improve in the middle of the season.
All year this team has struggled to block on the outside.
All year this team has struggled to catch the football.

Considering the OL play, I actually think Mettenberger has done a good job, not great, but good. Sure there are things he could do better, but he's an improvement in alot of areas considering our lack of a running game the last 3 games coupled with our consistently dropping catchable balls.

If by some miracle the OL plays slightly better and the WR's find their groove, this is a much different ballgame. If this happened it wouldn't suprise me for LSU to win by double digits. I just don't see it happening based on what I've seen this season.

And let me say the LSU Defense deserves Much, Much praise. They are truly one of the best in the country.

LSU giving up 28 points to that offense is laughable.

Well then I guess you better start laughing because everybody loves to take pot shots at our offense but a butt load of opposing defenses seem to have problems stopping them on scoring drives.

I think you're high. If it's a blowout it will be in favor of SC..Lsu doesn't have the offense to roll any team with a pulse

It has nothing to do with your offense. Oregon and WVU failed to score 28 points on LSU.

surely this is a joke? are you that much of a homer?

They have a mismatch TE, ace sanders, marcus lattimore, a dual threat QB...They're light years ahead of Lsu offensively. SC may struggle in the red zone but Lsu struggles between the sidelines on offense
