More yards, a close-ish game, LF winning the Heisman, and "wait til next year" will fuel them after next Saturday and through the offseason while they sit with three losses and watch Bama play meaningful postseason games again

If he and LF7 play both ways, they will have a chance to "show" each other up. Otherwise they will not be on the field together so it is kind of hard to show each other up.
