Seriously: this is the most grounded fan base Alabama has ever been. Bear Bryant's dominance over the decades made us delusional. It took another two decades to come back down to earth. Franchione, Dubose, and Mike Price saw to that. We realize that this current era is to be enjoyed as rare and historic, hope it lasts, realize it probably wont, and don't expect to win the BCS/SEC every year. We kinda do expect to be in the hunt every hear, at this point, under these circumstances.

Our expectations are based upon our Coach's past performances as an indicator for future results. By that measure, who is more delusional: LSU or Alabama?

When you have won as many NC's and SEC titles as Bama FB, then what is there to be delusional about..It is called tradition..or as the Auburn faithful would say..Treedishun
