My favorite Relf moment was in the 08 Egg Bowl or "Croom's Last Stand". We were getting annihilated 45-0, so Relf, a freshman, comes in. State's great announcer Jack Cristil was already in a snide, snarky mood when Relf let a 60 yard bullet fly. Now, Relf had a gun, but his sights were slightly off. Jack makes you think a great play has occurred by saying," Relf throws a beautiful 60 yard pass". Then he follows up with, "Now, it wasn't within 20 yards of the receiver, but it was a beautiful pass". I believe this was also the game where Jack declared his drive back to Tupelo as the " Sonic Drive of the Game" since we only had about 60 total yards. I miss Jack Cristil. His voice gives me chills. Great memories.
