I'd agree with you but the it's the way they lost last year. They could get better and still have the same record. Or maybe a little better.
Or they could surprise Hell idk

Your just mad because you missed the Gus Bus

Why would I be pissed? We have a better coach.

do you? ours is 3 years removed from the being the main component of a national championship, and is coming off a conference championship. What has yours done?? I'll wait...

Gus Malzahn has the ability to frustrate good SEC defensive coaches.

Auburn hasn't handily beaten Arkansas since 2004

Not boasting. Just saying just because Gus is back doesn't mean y'all will "handily" beat us. It's a toss up at best. Y'all are still playing the same players that John L had no trouble with. Except y'all are adding a QB who threw more INTs than TDs in juco

I just don't get the fascination with Malzahn. Dude is only six years removed from being a HS coach in Arkansas, has four years of BCS conference coaching experience (none as a HC) and of those four only two (2006 Arkansas and 2011 Auburn) would be considered successful. In those two seasons, he ran completely differet offensive schemes with legendary players at RB and QB. He has never had a great offense in a BCS conference without a transcendent player who will remembered forever.
Malzahn would probably be happy to show Sumlin his National or SEC championship rings.

Anyone who watched the 2010 game knows that was not an easy win for auburn. The last few minutes y'all ran away but it was neck and neck nearly the whole game

hey, I didn't say we are going to beat anyone handily this year. I'm just saying I will not be "surprised" if we exceed a lot of expectations.

OP did. And I think y'all will surprise some people too. I think Auburn wins 7 if Marshall is good. I just don't think y'all handily beat anyone because your defense will be awful

Why will our defense be awful? I'm really excited to see the product all of our defensive coaches put together. And if Nick Marshall is good, you better batten down the hatches. shite could get real
