You, madame, are ornery for no apparent reason! I did not objurgate you in any form or fashion. In contrast, I simply proved that my intelligence quotient is far superior to the other posters on this forum and, in the process, laid waste to the original poster’s thesis!

Is "ornery" the best you could do? You could've at least used obstreperous. Again, if you're trying to diss people on grammar and syntax, you're failing. For example, you said that your IQ is superior to the other posters on this forum, not that your IQ is "far superior to the other posters' on this forum."
