Looked at property there. Very nice.

Would be able to still hear the game from a quarter mile away if I didn't have tickets.

Harry rex walking through the Grove tailgates tickets or no tickets - just walking from the house/townhouse

Harry rex just strolling into a frat house uninvited no care - they gonna call the cops on me? I yell racism if they do

International airport up the road. Gulf coast down the road. Far enough away from storm surge

Get me a little job sweeping up trash at the Tad Pad for some walking around money

As long as you stay inside those 4-5 city blocks, should be OK.

I mean, Oxford is no Pine Bluff or Arkadelphia, but you could probably live there.

I've lived here for sixteen years. It's a great town for a writer.

I doubt HRV has ever left the South, much less the country.

Harry Rex Vonner is not to be hurt.
He would be a wonderful neighbor no matter which community he settles in. And in Oxford he might give Lane a run for being the champ.

IIRC, Memphis has no passenger international flights. That changed after NWA was bought by Delta. The international label is for the FedEx super hub and maybe the ANG wing that is based out of there.

HRV isn’t a peasant, he would never drive. Nicholas Air would take care of his travel needs.

Harry Rex Vonner is already a resident of Clanton (err Oxford), MS.

So it would impossible for him to retire there when he already lives there.

It's a nice area to be retired in. You can get a townhome for pretty cheap too.

I can see that. If you can write in MS, you’re in the top 5%. If you can read & write, sky’s the limit.

Harry, it would be an honor for you to consider metro Birmingham, preferably Vestavia Hills.
