Sure, the Bama loss was rough. But his performance against Arkansas was AMAZING! Who else can say they increased their performance by TEN TIMES what it was the year prior? The answer is no one. It's clear he put in the hard work this past offseason. Let's cut the man a break.

Fournette's greatness is no laughing matter, I assure you.

He didn't have that bad of a game. Our O-Line did again though.

I enjoy when people trash LSU, but I remember when Arky people were clever

When I saw the title I thought "Finally! People are finished making themselves look stupid with desperate attempts to troll LSU by attacking Fournette when he has played as well as anyone could given the terrible extent to which LSU's lines have been dominated." I was wrong. The OP is yet another moron. Funny how y'all were drooling over him until the Bama game. Y'all must be idiots to not have seen that even when he's only gained three yards because he was met by four defenders at the line, he left three of them flattened. (Except when he was hitting those Bama D linemen who weigh a hundred pounds more than him. What do you expect?)

" I honestly think people have been too hard on Fournette "

Well, not really "people", just Arky and Bama Dl's mostly.

I hate to rain on your Gump party you are having in your little brain but here are some stats for you:

Fournette 1485 on 216 carries 17 TD's in 9 games.
Henry 1458 on 240 carries 19 TD's in 10 games.

Fournette on pace to break LSU's single season rushing record(1686) and has a shot at the SEC rushing record(1891). He also has a shot at the single game rushing record of 250.

Anyone who thinks Fournette is completely out the Heisman race has lost their mind. Does he need two huge games, yes he does but it is not beyond him doing that.

With this being said Henry is right there in breaking the SEC rushing record as well so the last game could be very entertaining. The only bad thing for Fournette is that Henry will get an extra game in the SECC which will mean that he has played 2 more games then Fournette.

He's a good back. So is Henry and so is Collins.

A lot of their success comes from the big fatties and LSU's fatties were pretty terrible the last couple of weeks. He still managed to make a lot out of nothing more than a couple of times...

Collins isn't anywhere near the caliber of Henry or Fournette

Except maybe for his girlfriend, LF7 hasn't seen a good hole in more than two weeks. :rimshot:

Collins is underrated. He might not be at their caliber but "nowhere near" is a stretch. He has been playing injured and went through your defense like it was melted butter.

He was a very highly touted recruit as well.
