To be honest, the looming specter of the NCAA may be more powerful than anything they can actually drop sanction wise anymore...

Yea, I felt like the Cam saga prevented Auburn from getting the bump it probably should have gotten from the 2010 season. It didn't handicap us, but did affect us. Chiz did the rest.

It for sure is. When you have 10 programs telling you you will never play a bowl game you cant help but not want to risk that being right.

The actual quote was, "This recruiting class, it was a penalty to be under the cloud we're under." But I doubt yall care about accuracy.

Not even joking, and I realize OM fans won't believe this, but I highly doubt Dan negative recruited seeing as we only went head to head with y'all over like one recruit. He's also been around long enough to know it all comes full circle.

Dan and Jimbo were the worst ones. While we didnt get any we went after Kylin, Avery, Gay, and Odom. We were the leaders of all those kids besides Odom less than a year ago.

Dude you never led for Kylin and you really should have known you weren't getting Gay. I think Bowie is the only argument you could realistically make about state and negative recruiting.
Those 3 guys grew up die hard State fans, you never had a shot. None of them were an AJ Brown situation. LSU had a good shot at Gay but you aren't LSU.

Gay was committed to us. He didnt to LSU. Stop being a tard. We pulled in two top 10 classes without NCAA cloud and people like Mullen being able to use it against us. If you cant see why we had such a bad year recruiting in the state I dont know what to say to you.

Really? In Sept of 2015? I'm pretty sure we didn't even officially offer him until after junior day a month or so later.
With Gay I don't know what to tell you, you should know by now that a "commit" doesn't mean much.
Oh, and grats on the top 10 classes, I'm sure cheating your asses off didn't have anything to do with those. But of course now it's the NCAA cloud and not that you've been taken down closer to your actual level. Time will tell I suppose.

you landed Chris Jones, Leo Lewis, Jamal Peters, Jeffery Simmons, Will Redmond, etc, etc etc. We all cheat. If we cheated more than yall we would have landed those kids. Stop being an idiot.
We have been under investigation since 2013 and received our letter in November of 15, yet averaged a 11 ranking in 3 classes. You think we just now stopped cheating, but didnt when the NCAA had an apartment in Oxford. Stop reading Elite Dawgs and use your brain.
Give me a response as how we did so well last year when the NCAA was set up in Oxford.
Give me a response as to how we would not land the most needed recruit at the most needed position in Leo if yall didnt pay as much or more.
Give me a response as to who the last program was the NCAA punished for cheating.
