Championships mean something, so go full tilt. Sports used to have a lot more bad blood. I wouldn’t have even watched a highlight of that game had the blowup not happened. Can’t remember the last time a men’s game had a good kerfluffle.

SEC Men's basketball is missing this kind of rivalry. Probably because the rosters change every year now, while they stay consistent in WBB.

I got no problem with it. No one seemed to have a problem when the Pistons tried to bury the Bulls into the floor back in the day.

Yes, sports are always better when there’s true bad blood like this.
Obviously you don’t want to see a full scale brawl with punches that spills over into the crowd, but some hard fouls that result in a little bit of shoving and the benches getting in each others faces? Really not that big of a deal. Just separate the sides and get back to the game. There’s no need to stop the game for 30 minutes to look at every angle of the replay while the announcers act like we’ve just witnessed malice in the palace 2.0.

No one is actually talking about the "sport" itself. It's mostly LSU fans crying and everyone else making fun of them.
