A 9 or 10 year old kid speaks for the LSU Nation?

So two people speak for all LSU fans?

quote:

This kid said if Saban is still there then he would much rather play for Saban than Miles

Don't worry Saban won't still be there.

The kid was just parroting what he's heard the adults in in sphere say. Let me ask you a question...

"If Saban called the AD at LSU and said he wanted to come back, what percentage of the LSU fans would want to kick Miles out on his ear?

10%
30%
50%
70%
90%
100%

This is an opinion and not based on any scientific facts.

I would say about 90% the remaining 10% would be in denial or too busy making piss bombs, attacking old ladies, and flipping porta potties

I think we still have some fans in denial about Shula. I wonder if Papa Shula is still pissed?

Yeah, pissed at Saban for doing something in three years that his son would never be able to do.

That said, I give props to CMS for taking the job at an awful point in our history...and he was a pretty good QB for us in the 80's.

I think most LSU fans are between a rock and a hard place on Miles. We want to like him. We want to have complete faith in his abilities and not doubt him or second guess what goes on behind closed doors or under that hat of his. The reality of the situation is that Miles is probably the most upstanding coach in the SEC as a person. (Maybe second to Richt; I hear he's a good man as well.)

Unfortunately "nice" and "upstanding" do not necessarily mean squat when it comes to head coaching abilities. So I wouldn't say we hate Miles; we like him in so much that he is a great person with values and integrity; but the catch is that he isn't the best coach. Any LSU fan who argues otherwise is just in denial.
