My brother is a defense attorney in montgomery he said that in a case like this, the fbi can legally tap cell phones. He said he would advise cecil to change cell numbers every few days. You don't mess with the fbi. I still think those recordings that the booster had will blow this thing wide open. we will see.

Wonder if Auburn could still win a national championship if the NCAA doesn't make a ruling in time but they decide to sit Newton out before the game and win? Could be the very first 1 win national champion.
