Obama's brackets are usually pretty solid. I didn't know he picked them in his final four. Now I am more confident because Obama had the Midas touch and everything he does is great. Best president we have ever seen.

A&M is in the weakest bracket, I think they have a shot. UK is in the toughest bracket, but as you mention, UK and Cal seems to step up this time of year. I don't think it's unreasonable to think both teams could make the FF.
