But that’s 5mil a year coming from ONE donor. That doesn’t include what the others will put

So EXACTLY like us….

Think about when our other billionaire families start throwing down a few million like the hunts, sanders, Georges, Stephens and maybe a Walton or two.

doesn’t have a basketball practice facility?
We do have one. It's even got cameras with facial recognition on the court so they can track who's coming in to put in work in the off hours. It also keeps track of their shooting percentage.

Probably will take $14-15 mil per to get him in Lexington plus $50 mil+ NIL for players, and a practice facility. I sure hope that next SEC TV deal is a doozy to pay for all of this…

LOL...Kentucky couldn't pull together the buyout money to fire Cal and you expect us to believe this shite?

We had the buyout. Cal alienated enough big boosters that wasn't a problem. Cal just didn't interact with the big donors at all the last five years. Our AD however decided to give Cal another opportunity thinking Cal deserved a shot to turn it around before they both retire together and ride off into the sunset and continue never speaking to each other.

Turned out it was a smart choice.

Your AD just had a presser awhile back how everyone was looking forward to the next season AND excited for cal.

Hurley is not leaving Storrs for another college job unless he's fired for performance or misdeeds.

Which is what I said. Our AD decided not to fire Cal. He also did a forced interview with Cal on BBN tonight last Friday that's super fricking awkward because they are not friends and don't spend time together. We had the money though.

In the end our AD saved 31 million or whatever his buyout was.
