By the way, was I not also right about Memphis boosters? I even said before that there was a defensive player from the Univetsity of Memphis going to transfer to Ole Miss and said I'd be real careful about that haha. Is he still transfering?

Nice, but you really do have a problem with the number of boosters, grade fixing and money for moms. But when all said and done, it might be former players who nail you along with some ticked off people who didn't get all that was promised. Boosters think lack of paper trail gets them off the hook. Nope, there are always patterns when money is involved.

No he is not because the Memphis coach would not release him. I guess even though that's what Memphis and the player said, the real reason is because you informed the kid your buddies at the NCAA were aware of the millions he was being paid to attend ole miss and he better not go.

Sounds to me more like somebody put a stop to that after being busted. Hey hey, remember me? I'm the one who brought it up here on this board asking about those Memphis boosters. Remember me now?

Or I don't know, maybe the new coach decided it would be in his and his school's best interest to keep one of the best defensive players on his team and not let him go to an opponent. I am shocked any coach would have that mindset, it obviously has to be you and your buddies who stopped this because no coach would do that.

Seriously, you are in absolute total denial. Ole Miss under Freeze and before have gotten more transfers from so many universities. Yes, some were because they were kicked out of school from some institutions (go figure Ole Miss sits in wait) but there has always been talk about your boosters getting to kids at other schools and making offers they can't refuse.
Based on the sheer number of boosters the Ncaa has been looking at and based on the FACT Freeze sat in on a recruiting home visit next to a booster, why should we think any different?
And by the way, what kind of bullshite was that with Freeze contacting a player from Mississippi State ?????Oh sure, Freeze is just a nice guy who likes to stay friends with players from other schools, especially bigtime talented players. Cheaters. You must think everyone is as stupid as your fan base buying up Bjork and Freeze's bullshite.

Don't get all pissy because what the actual coach of Memphis and player that was gonna transfer contradicts your agenda. I have no doubt we do some shady stuff and not much would surprise me, but when the coach and player say its because the coach won't allow the transfer, I take that as more credible than some loser trying to pretend to be an insider on the Internet. You're just some guy who repeats rumors he hears and tries to pass it along as credible and insider information. I'm not saying we're not guilty of a lot of the accusations on here, I'm just saying you as an internet troll doesn't really know shite.

My thing is the constant narrative of we did nothing wrong that they pushed. Then as each subsequent trickle of info comes out, they simply retrench and then blow similar smoke about the lack of severity.
We didn't do anything. It's nothing. Oh well we did something, but it was the old staff that did it. Oh well it was the new staff too but they were honest mistakes. Oh well we're going to dock ourselves close to half of an entire signing class's worth of recruits spread out over a certain amount of time but it's nothing major; they're honest mistakes. Oh wait the guy we all knew was dirty was actually even dirtier than we let on but hey believe us we have nothing to hide.
But what really should frustrate you is what they did to kids and media with respect to this past year's NSD. They leaked to local beat guys-respectable guys with track records of objective coverage and honest work-that there would not be many penalties.
Instead, they got hammered by self-imposed sanctions and then there's still more to come. That was incredibly disingenuous and any objective person knows they did that for recruiting reasons to try and hold together a class that would more than likely be the last full one they could sign for at least 3-4 years.
