well considering Texas Tech throttled Clem U 55-15 in 2002 (34-2 at halftime) and is currently coached by the QB who won that game putting up 555 yards of total offense - I'd say 2nd in SC behind the Gamecocks.

Carolina has never played Texas Tech, but Jim Carlen left that school to come coach in Columbia in 1975.

They would be neck and neck with La Tech for the #2 spot with Tulane occasionly getting in the conversation. Neither ULM or ULjr will ever be serious Div I programs. Which is a shame because they were both fun gamedays when they were I-AA directional powerhouses.
