Uhhh...I said we've owned A&M since Pinkel's been coach. Did you miss that?

maybe you missed the part were Pinkel started coaching in 01.. we haven't owned them since then, so you are flat wrong on that one pal.

try again.

But that has already been established multiple times by Mizzou fans. Confused...

I'm sure you meant all of the 90s.

In 1993 A&M beat Mizzou 73-0. So... they wouldn't have fared all that well.

I'd pump the brakes there. Georgia, UT, and Florida were all solid in '07. Even your good teams are going to have a serious struggle in this conference in those kind of years.

UT wasn't really all that good outside of a game or two in 07. UF had hella potential but lost 3 regular season games. UGA was mediocre early then surged. If we played missouri in november we would've won. If we played in September we'd probably have gotten beat soundly.

Alright, Jagd, since you're such an insufferable dipshit for no reason at all, here is Mizzou's record versus Texas A&M since Pinkel started coaching, which is what I originally said in the first place.

2014/11/15 Missouri 34 - Texas A&M 27 W

2013/11/30 Missouri 28 - Texas A&M 21
W

2012/11/24 Missouri 29 - Texas A&M 59 L

2011/10/29 Missouri 38 - Texas A&M 31
W OT

2010/10/16 Missouri 30 - Texas A&M 9 W

2007/11/10 Missouri 40 - Texas A&M 26 W

2006/10/14 Missouri 19 - Texas A&M 25 L

2003/11/15 Missouri 45 - Texas A&M 22 W

2002/11/16 Missouri 33 - Texas A&M 27
W OT

Mizzou is 7 - 2 against A&M since Pinkel started coaching Mizzou. I would say that a 7 - 2 record against A&M during Pinkel's time as coach is pretty much the definition of owning a team...just like I originally said.

Given that our program hit all-time lows in the 1990s, I am going to go with quite poorly.

We would've been pummeled throughout the 90's. Our turnaround was in 2005 and from 2005-Present we would have been competitive.

I was surprised to find that aTm & Mizzou have only played 15 times in history...

12-14 is obvious because it's happened.

05, 06, 08, and 09 you wouldn't have won the east. 05 maaaaaaaybe, depending on if we played you when DJ got hurt. But 06, 08, and 09 you wouldn't have come close.

07 I've already mentioned...UGA would have been your stiffest test, it just depends on when in the year we played. I don't know about '10 missouri but the east was pretty lousy that year so I'd say you had a good shot. We only lost 1 conference game in '11 but honestly we weren't that solid.

I completely agree. Our best shots at winning the East would've been 2007 and 2010, the other years we would've probably finished from 3rd to 5th in the East.

I can't believe that Jagd literally said that we haven't owned A&M since Pinkel became coach.

Is he a Mizzou fan? Serious question...

Nevermind... I see you already addressed what our record has been during Pinkel's tenure.

Ummm....UGA finished #2 in the nation in 07. Might want to rethink that.

Mizzou would have been in trouble in the 1990's and early 2000's in football for sure. Being in the SEC during that time would have helped out in basketball, though. Big 12 was pretty solid from '97-03. Some of those Quin teams early on were pretty good and one even made an Elite Eight.

Mizzou was ranked #1 in the nation until we lost to Oklahoma for the conference championship...
