It doesn't take long to come up with truth. I saw your post and boom there was my response.

10-3 this year losses to UGA and UA. Results in grumbling

2016
9-4 next year with losses to UGA and UA. Hot seat.

2017
Collapse and out the door.

Nah. If he's like our last 3 head coaches he will have an undefeated season before we fire him.

Just wonder how well Gus and Muschamp are going to be able to get along if the defense under performs to expectations initially.

That's the big question. Same one asked at Alabama last year. If the team does well, it won't matter. If they start losing games, I imagine there will be some tension.

Gus Malzahn will be the next HC at Texas when Strong is fired. See you at the bank.

7 or 8 Million would be hard to turn down. Gus is a really good coach but don't tell anyone I said that. I doubt Strong can come through. Gus has already proven himself.

Yes people leave the HC job at BAMA all the time for better jobs. Lol

However other SEC head coaches are have been and currently are on our staff.

The way he smacks his gum for hours on end, he'll end it with gigantic jaw muscles.

" I would have thought the Texas job would have been a good fit for Gus..."

Rumor is if Bob Stoops has another 8-5 season the Oklahoma job will be open? I bet Gus leaves Auburn for oklahoma if offered, more tradition, Texas recruits.

I don't see Gus leaving for another college job. If the NFL comes calling, then yeah.
