Have you seen any read option QB have success in the NFL ? All the ones who did had minimal success for a one to 2 year period until the NFL learned to defend it and punish the QBs for running it.

Any QB who goes to a read option team in college is basically not fall way behind QBs who go to a pro set offense.

This guy is awful. I usually only watch LSU so I'm used to seeing him be dominated but I've heard he actually tore everyone else up

Not sure, did he actually tear teams up in college? I mean I saw the worst coach in modern Florida history shut his arse down. I could see how if your defense was built around slow fat people he could be scary though.

Too bad the OP (who couldn't make his junior high schools football team) tries to justify his failed life by dissing a multimillionaire

Yes, life is all downhill after junior high football. I never recovered from that

LSU def had his number, but caught him at good times also..before he got rolling and when he was pretty hurt.

LSU matches up well on D with teams that play that style. LSU was about the only team that shut him down (the weather probably didn't help his passing game either the two times they played).

However, he accounted for more yards (900+) in two games against Bama than LSU QBs have accounted for in the last 5 against them. He also had more than double the rushing yards LSU's team had against Bama last year when he played them. The dude was a great college player no matter who was around him. Although Evans had a monster game against Bama last year, he didn't even have 50 yards or any TDs when aTm beat Bama at Bama in 2012.

Sherman deserves the credit for that, not Sumlin.

What the hell happened to his hair? Just watched his press conference from today's game and his hair looks weirdly dyed. Looks strange.

Wide hashes.

Less overall speed of defensive players.

NFL makes a lot of all americans look pedestrian.

JFF is not the first, and won't be the last to struggle at the next level.

All NFL coaches have to do is watch the film when he played against our defense! We dominated he looked like he did yesterday
