Someone who wasn't paying attention that's for damn sure. Sexton may be a great agent, but he totally fricked up with Tunsil. No way you let him answer questions after his night up to that point. Dude was completely lost and just wanted to get out of there, but didn't have any ability to ignore a question on his own.

This is a textbook example of why they say you always tell the truth so you don't need to remember what you said. When shite hits the fan he defaulted to the truth and it now it is all falling apart.
