I'm surprised that they are racing toward Auburn and SC in the standings. I'd have never guessed that. MA's a good coach.

I am shocked. I thought we would finish 3-5 in the conference. I guess my hopes were far too high.

He is asked to do one thing, well, he hasn't been doing it since Maui.

On the road? I don't think anyone believes anything good will happen. Too dependent on emotion and home cooking (home success), not dependent enough on execution and playing smart basketball.

Believe it or not Mike Irwin made a good point today on the radio..

We have too many "Project" players on our team and not enough talent.

Hopefully we can bring in some better PG/SG talent in the next couple of years or Coach A is going to be toast.

I honestly had no clue what to expect. It kinda comes with the territory when you have to rely on incoming freshmen to start and make an impact. Portis will be a beast as long as he stays here, we just need guards. Some depth inside behind Portis wouldn't hurt.

Surprised that Arkansas came into the year with preseason hype only to crash and burn? Yes, I'm shocked.

A lot of Arkansas fans were predicting y'all made the dance this season.

Kingsley needs more minutes. For one, he's a much better player than someone like Alandise Harris (who should never see the floor). But more importantly, just start getting him more comfortable so that he'll be an even better player next season. His basketball IQ seems to be pretty damn high. Rebounds at a higher rate than Portis. Shoot similar percentages. Blocks more shots. Turns the ball over less. Etc, etc.

Really wish we had a system that would let them play together on occasion. Really two of our best players, IMO. I suspect we'll get to the point where we trust them to both be on the floor at the same time even with the current system, at least for stretches of the game here and there. Like when/if we're getting killed on the glass.

Yes, yes. It was definitely just those delusional Arkansas fans!

Yep! Once again, ONLY Arkansas fans thought the 2013 baseball team was a top 5 team coming into the season.

GTFO of here with that stupid nonsense.

I didn't say it was just Arkansas fans with those teams. I'm just not surprised you had another team with some hype that choked. It seems to be a trend.

that's not hype. this is hype: Excessive publicity and the ensuing commotion

we had no hype. a few of us (myself included) thought we may be able to make the dance. that's still not hype, that's hope.

learnin is fun.
