LSU also cancelled our series after we beat them 5 years in a row. It's a duck and hide program.

Uh... That game was played.

And that game was one of the bright spots of an otherwise disappointing season.

The game that got played, after moving one home game to the visiting stadium and rescheduling a home game to our bye week later in the season.

This thread is great.

Gator fans have made a strong run to the top of the dumbest fan base power rankings this week. Y'all are either completely retarded or in deep denial about what went down this week.

They've always been there. But now people are seeing how chickenshit they are.

Keep trying. I'm sure on the 337th try you'll convince yourself that UForfeit didn't back out of a football game because they were scared. Give it a few more months and you may even convince yourself that UForfeit didn't just toss all their respect in the toilet.

I refered to this in another thread, and some corndog actually went on the Bama board and started a thread asking everyone what I was talking about.

Bertman adamantly refused to move the game. Even Phil Fulmer knew how foolish it would be to even suggest playing in Knoxville and grabbing the home field advantage in a critical conference game. Bertman wanted to play on Sunday night, and to Pumpkin's credit, he threatened to forfeit. Slive made them play on Monday.

How quickly LSU forgets UT 2005 by TJGator1215

Dude, we didn't forget, we used that as a model and recommended moving the game to Sunday or Monday - JUST LIKE WE DID WITH THE 2005 TENNESSEE GAME.

Why hasn't Florida offered what LSU did to Tennessee in 2005?

ETA:

This is literally the FOURTH time I've posted this today:

quote:

In 2005 Hurricane Rita was bearing down on Louisiana as a Cat 5 hurricane. It made landfall on Saturday morning. The game that was scheduled to play in BR that Saturday was moved to be played in BR on Monday.

LSU lost an overtime thriller to Tennessee in Les Miles’ first game in Tiger Stadium.

Why couldn’t Florida do the same, schedule the game for Monday?
