OP is symbolic of the depth of the obsession of LSU fans for Bama.

Don't y'all even slightly realize this when posting?

I mean, it's way past time to let go of 21-0.

Yea our pride would be hurt so badly by a guy leaving our OC job to take an NFL OC job.

How quickly before people like yourself admit that you were wrong about Kiffin when he was hired?

I am the first to admit I was wrong about it. I thought it was an awful hire. Not because of coaching ability but because it was Kiffen. I thought for sure his personality and mouth would get him into trouble, but he did really well.

Saban told him to explore other options. Soon Saban will be the only coach at Bama.

They're already preemptively saying it.

I think we'll thank him for what he did this past season and wish him the best in the future.

But it won't matter to LSU fans (21-0) who will insist that we think he was pushed out.

Bama ended LSUs short lived dream that they were somehow gonna be top dawg. They go 8-5, Bama wins the conference, they make a hilarious hire after weeks of touting the candidates, and start flaming Bama in earnest. God love em!

I think so also. If you are a coach that likes coaching in the pros, then why would you stay as a coordinator at a school when you have been offered a job with the pros. Also, I don't think that his wife ever moved to Tuscaloosa, so I am sure he would like to get back to California. He is a young man with a young family, and it's not healthy to be away from your wife and kids for such a long time each year.
