Wasn't Campbell supposed to be good? I would've been about 8-9.

I was in 10 grade math class and the teacher turned the TV's on....the entire school was in shock. I'll remember that day for the rest of my life.

It's the only way for them to beat Alabama. Every year that Auburn has beaten Alabama in the past 10 years sans 2007, it's been with a junior college transfer at QB.

One from MS...I mean Florida, and the other from Georgia.

The last QB that Auburn actually recruited and was halfway decent actually graduated from my alma mater. Brandon Cox. Dude was made of glass, but when he was on his game, he was a force of nature.

A decade ago, we had a serviceable Brandon Cox and before him was a 1st round draft pick in Jason Campbell.

Brandon Cox got hurt, but he was still tough. He started off being told he couldn't play football cause he had a disease. He beat the odds. I remember him getting hurt on a dirty play by LSU player, we called timeout just to get him back on the field and play again.

I remember Cox. He was not a bad QB. His problem was he would throw the defense a few because he tried to force some things. But overall not a bad QB at all.

Obviously we're trolling but who is the QB in question? I'm gonna assume the last one that fits the profile is Jason Campbell. He was really good in college.

I do think Sean White is pretty good when healthy.

Nick Marshall didn't start at Auburn but I consider him an Auburn guy. He really grew into a good player with the team.

Recruiting quarterbacks count whether they are high school kids or potential transfers. Gus would much rather have a guy step up that he recruited out of HS but at least he is smart enough to go get guys that can play. I just don't think this is good troll material. Either way, here's hoping that this transfer doesn't get them to a championship season again.

Cox was a baller and I really liked him. He was not a prototypical QB but dude played hard and had some heart.

Id take him over all our QB's since him other than Cam and Nick

Plus, never lost to Bama

Because we all know the most important stat in CFB is "Wins with QBs that started their career at your school"
