I get it...it is kind of like Kentucky in baseball. We smoke USCe and win in a sweep....get ranked #1, and then proceed to fall off the cliff.

To be fair Cats got hosed on the regional and the Kent State hit was in, not out on the clip I saw. After that many innings the staff just wanted to get away. If that bracket had been played at the Cliff, UK wins and they do not fall off the cliff.

Not saying UK would have been the top, just that the fall would not have been as great or as fast.

That was my pick pre season and Shaw down may mean that does not come to pass. Mizzou is healthy and hot right now but it is still a long way to the promised land.

In fact, that was just a few short weeks ago... Oh how times have changed.

It can change the other way just as fast in the next few weeks.

Unless we win them. Then we'll hear all sorts of justifications. I expect no less than 20 threads of how this would be the easiest year to win the East and how every team outside of Miss. State in the West would win the West.

I have no doubt that y'all won't let me down.

Your Vag hurts quite often doesn't it?

At least some of the Mizzou fans in this thread are sensible and seem cool. That is refreshing.
