I formation is the new short-side option.

Fortunately, it looks like Cam and Les don't use the I formation much with Harris in the game. This might account for some of the difference (not to overlook the talent discrepancy) in success.

Just enough.

You're welcome.

When did the SEC start letting the father of a QB ref the game?

i'm sure that harris knows enough of the offense pretty well,he may be a freshman, but the guy ain't stupid.QB's work pretty hard to learn the offense in the summer, before the season starts

How much offense do you think there is to know?

It's not a 'playbook' as much as it's just an index card. So assuming he doesn't forget to turn it over to learn the other play, he should know all of it.

Throw left for TD is the play he knows the best.

Scramble right for td is his seconds favorite play.

We only need him to run these 2 plays

truthful answer is nobody knows, plain and simple. What we do know, win or lose Saturday he is the future. With our dline we will be very luck to get to 8 wins this year, so it makes sense to build for the future.

he also gives us the best chance to win because he can throw. He will make mistakes but atleast it clears the box out some so we can run some. Also he doesn't seem to take too long with the ball so our oline looks better.

the key to the game truthfully though is will your oline goes in our dline raw or will ya'll be nice and lube up a little.

Harris has been here since January so he's been learning it hands on since the Spring.

He knows enough to make this game very close. He's a natural at QB as far intangibles go. If the offensive line finally steps up and allows him to stay calm, he will force y'all to respect the pass. That will be the key to this game.

We run a power spread with him in the game. We have run a much more complex offense with him, believe it or not.

He has been hitting outside shoulder fades to WR's all over the field both on the run and before they hit thier breaks....

This will be a high scoring game.

Enough.

And if we lose, we'll be sure to blame it on stiff dew or something.

He knows Dupre, Quinn and Dural are a mismatch one on one with an auburn defender.
