He beat 'Bama a few years ago. That has to be worth some goodwill.
Though getting embarrassed by Texas probably wiped all that out, now that I think of it.

He has like 9 conf titles in 17 years. He's safe. They may get angry but they won't stay angry.

And he's been skull fricked by Clemson two straight years in bowls.
Although this was a playoff and they didn't get beat by 34 so I guess that's an improvement.

You know, you might actually be on to something there. The natives over on LandThieves seem to be getting more restless about being in the Big 12 than anything, interestingly.

Before tonight's game they were one of the toughest looking teams in the country.
I will even admit I thought they would be the least favorable matchup for UA in the playoffs.
