8 wins is the average for schools like Mississippi State and Ole Miss. You will occasionally have a 9 or 10 win season but that only happens about 3 out of 10 times in a decade.

The average is closer to 6 for both MS schools this decade

Based on what? What happens if Freeze doesn't win 6 games again and y'all don't go to a bowl game again? One recruiting class is not going to get y'all to more than 7 wins. I don't see how we're going to be that bad. We have a solid QB and a very deep RB corps. Our WRs are all gonna be young so I'm sure there will be drop off there however we have one of the most experienced OLs coming back this year. On D our biggest challenge will be to rebuild the secondary

You lost 5 out of the last 6 games by at least two touchdowns. You Rushed for thirty yards against ole miss sure you passed for 300 yards but all your receivers are gone. Your db's got torched by us and your going to be replacing them with who?

Northwestern has been to 5 straight bowls now. They have gotten better as a program.
Northwestern was also undefeated against the SEC this year

Didnt this happen to Ole Miss in 2011- but even worse? Based on your theory- 2012 didnt happen for you.
2013 is a new season and lots of surprises will take place just like it does in college football every year.

We had a whole coaching staff change so we could turn things around. What has mullen done to keep this loosing from continuing? Your coaches are jumping ship I just can't see a winning season when your playing OSU to start off the season, it's gunna be tough to bounce back from that. That's all I'm saying good luck though.
