Michigan is now unranked or between #22-25, Miss St is probably around 50.

Basically one.

They've played two good teams and were outplayed in both games, although it was impressive that they managed to win the one they did.

"at the time" is garbage. USC was ranked around #1 preseason, but they sure as hell aren't #1 now.

this saturday makes it 3 ranked teams, an impressive feat over the course of 13 games. as an additional bonus, you will have a chance at your 5th win of the season against a team that can boast of a winning record.. in 13 games. One of those winning teams is western kentucky fwiw, who squeaked out a 1 point win against North Texas to keep Alabama at 4 wins against ranked opponents.

if Western Kentucky had lost.. Alabama would be in the BCS title hunt with 3 victories over teams with winning records..

Saban would cry himself to sleep if Alabama had the misfortune of rematching LSU this season.

LSU didn't get beat by a true freshman at home either.. but I'm sure Johnny Football is thankful to the Tide for letting him add so many clips to his heisman film reel.
